Why God Allowed Evil and Good to exist
Many of us when we are faced with difficulties or problems ask series of questions: why me? Why must all this happen to me? Is it only me? What on earth is all these? Many questions will continue to trickle if we do not guard ourselves. When all these are happening have you taken time to consider yourself so special? You are the person so fit for it that is the reason God chose you for it. He said He cannot give you any problem that is bigger than you.
He allowed you to pass through your ordeal so as to bring you closer to himself. You may have been walking in your own ways while He wants to use you for his purpose. He may have been calling you and you donít heed so he may have decided to afflict you so that you will turn to him (Hosea 5:10-15). As you return to him you will have peace.
Christ disarmed principalities and powers and made public spectacle of them. He gave believers dominion over all that he created and also assures us that he who believes in him will do greater things because he has gone to the Father. So we believers have power to overcome. When we are faced with trials, temptations, difficulties and problems, we can always be victorious only if we know who we are in the Lord and the power within us.
When we overcome in this world we are happy and devil is shamed. Satan is always there projecting negatives things to bring us down. But right within us is the power to say no to satan and he will flee from us. The power is in our tongue, it is in our thought and it is in our action. When we confess positive, entertain positive thoughts and acts positively we are sure to see the result of positivism.
The world is a live stage. The ups and downs are the conflict that sustain the interest of the viewers. If only Good exists life generally will be boring likewise when only Evil exists. So to avoid monotony God allowed good and evil to exist to bring in variety. So the world is a happy place with the presence of good and evil.
Generally when we are okay with ourselves, we tend to over relax to enjoy what life brings out. But when we are faced with difficulties, we tend to struggle to come out of it. The process of struggling opens up new avenues which ordinary, in a relaxed state we could not have attained. Most of the popular people we hear of today are people who were not comfortable with where they were and so they decided to bring about change in their situation. This invariably brought about their fame today.
