John 2:1-11 enlightens the story of Jesus turning Water into Wine. As I reflect over the pass few day of this life. I search my feeling and find people are Treading Water. How many times have you tread Water in the pool or some other body of water? You started strong and full of energy Legs motioning in succession as your body stays afloat. Not too long after, you begin to tire. Searching for something to grasp, you stop and go underwater thinking, if I beak my stride only for a few seconds I’ll regain my strength to tread water again. I wonder if the same was true at the wedding celebration where John wrote about Jesus turning Water into Wine. The crowd must of wonder; do we not have more to drink? Oh no, let me search out and grasp onto something to keep the celebration afloat. It was only until the proper time, when our Lord change the circumstances by the first miraculous sign, changing Water into Wine. That saves the situation and the celebration continued on track.
People, has it been like treading water? Have you looked to grasp something to stay afloat? Well the time is right and our Lord is ready to change your situation. Let him convert your Sorrows in Joy. Where Peace and Comfort exist Turn to Jesus and ask that your Water be tuned into Wine.
