Get Over Your “Get Over It”!
Get over saying this.
You don’t know
what you think you know.
In fact,
you don’t even know enough to
THINK this!
If you did know enough to
THINK…
…you had the right
to say,
“Get over it!”,
you wouldn’t say it.

Thank God
Paul didn’t say
“Get over it!”
(in his native lingua of course….)
Thank God
Paul desired…
to Be…
to Listen…
to Pray…
“all things”
to the Hurting,
the Ignorant,
the Confused,
the Lost.
Thank God
he didn’t tell those
he found on foreign shores…
“Get over it!”

Now it is my turn to confess…
I have said
“Get over it!”
But of course,
I
was justified at the time.
But I think…
the time has come for me
to
get over
my
"Get Over It!"

A great thought to share woth others; another one could be "I know how you feel"- no-one can or does, because we are individuals, though we may experience something akin and have some knowledge of what ours felt like and how we came to terms with it over time.
