Rain's Coming!
Flowers flutter like butterflies against the blowing wind
A leaf dances across the sidewalk then takes a bow as it exits
Crickets sharpen their instruments to play a soft mellowing tune
A fish jumps breaking the stilled surface of the water
Trees sway back and forth in a rhythmic dance
Birds sing solemnly in a greeting known to only to themselves
The sun fades as it hides behind a pile of clouds
Then the stillness, be quite, quite, shh
Pitter patter pitter patter it falls washing everything fresh

Nice word pictures :)
Lovely! I almost heard the song that played on Bambi when the rain fell. Very descriptive. Enjoyed it.
