Today I'll boldly take my stand
Before the Throne of Grace
And there before your majesty,
I'll humbly bow my face
Then with passion seek you Lord,
And leave the world behind
Close the door to all the things
That seek to fill my mind
Fill the air with song and praise,
While nestled in your arms
Resting in the perfect strength
That keeps me safe from harm
Feel the comfort of your love,
The security it brings
Offer you dear Lord, my heart,
My life, my everything
Seek the Balm of Gilead,
To heal and make me whole
Plead the blood whose power can change
The color of my soul
Then, tomorrow when I rise,
My duties to begin,
Before I give this world my time,
I'll do it all again!
