Marriage
Yesterday we sang a new song at church, one that was different from the rest,
one set of words was overlaid by another, the result was harmony that was the best.
The words that were sung came from the heart, in praise of our Father above, the point-counterpoint of the words brought out beauty given was returned with love.
It made me think of our two lives, now intertwined into one, like the overlaid verses of that song joy now, promising much more to come.
Each day we add another verse to this song - love expressed in each our own way, but combined together, the words harmonize, and have but one thing to say.
No matter what words we use, and they are different as each day is new, they all end up with the same refrain, saying 'Oh, how much I love you!"
