Why were we created?
Was it for mere existence –
From breath to death, maybe get cremated
And then what next?
70 years, or 80, if you’re lucky
Too short to live fully
Yet too long for wasteful living
What do we stand to gain form our terrestrial roaming?
“Never a product without a purpose;
Never a man without a destiny”
This is the motto
In the Divine Laboratory
Every man is here to fulfil
The purpose for his living
‘Destiny’
This is where it all begins
A noble cause it is
That men would give anything for it
But how heart-breaking to see
Them neglect the very thing they need
In the pursuit of purpose
Men for silver trade gold
And in search of hope
They let go of what matters most
That man should be alone
Without help or friends, those he can call his own
This is not good
That’s why God made you for me and me for you
Why then do you
In search of the best in life
Brush me aside
When I am here for you highest good
Hurt and lonely
We live our lives daily
Seeing but not perceiving
Failing to meet each other’s needs
Made for companionship
For the joy of fellowship
Equipped with gifts of all sorts
But above all, shaped for love
I’m hurting
I could do with some comforting
Why not set some time aside
And share a part of my life?
I need you
Likewise, you need me
As you seek to fulfil your dreams
Never ever forget this important truth.
