Father God, I believe that when Adam and Eve ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, man learned how to be evil and we separated ourselves from You. The executors and guardians of Your Righteousness and Holiness were placed at the east entrance of the garden - they are Your cherubim - and a flaming sword that turned every way to guard the Tree of Life.
However, Jesus wanted to carry me to the Holiest place so that I can be with You. When He did that, He suffered the execution of Your justice as the flaming sword awoke against Him because all my sins were on Him at the Cross, and He died an excruciating death. As You are a righteous and judicial God, You required payment for my sins and this was why Jesus died in my place, because only He was without sin and He alone could pay for my sins completely.
By faith, I believe that You accepted the perfect sacrifice at the Cross and my justification was completed at Calvary. Father, because You gave Your Son in exchange for me, I know You love me deeply and that You are just. I can put my trust in You because of this.
You have been unwavering in Your plan to redeem me from the condemnation of sins which is death, illness and fear of You. I thank You that You are faithful to Your promises and have forgiven me in Your Son.
I receive Jesus as the only Way to You and I am now found in Him. In Christ, I have Your holiness and forever I am alive in Him! I ask for Your Spirit to come and embrace me now.
In the weakness of my flesh I may sin, but by Your Spirit I pray that You will establish me in Your love and grace, because that will help me not to sin. However, if I sin, please remind me through Your Spirit that my sins are not imputed to me, because they were imputed to Jesus at the Cross.
Help me always to remember that Jesus has brought me into the Holiest place to be with You forever and this proves that You do not see me as a sinner; otherwise, I would die before Your Holy presence each time I fail. Instead, in spite of my sins, You see me in the perfection and loveliness of Your Son, because by His Resurrection, Jesus imputed to me His righteousness.
May Your Spirit convict me of the righteousness I have in Christ, because that sets me free from the clutches of sin and it reminds me of Your love at the Cross. According to the fullness of Your grace, I am forgiven of all my past, present and future sins. I have been saved by grace alone and I can never lose Salvation by anything I do, because I never earned it in the first place.
I know I am forever Yours, safe and secure. You are no longer angry with me because Your wrath against all my sins was exhausted on the Cross. You judged the sins I commit for the rest of my life on Your Son at Calvary. I no longer have to run from You in guilt, because Jesusí blood has washed me white as snow and I can come to You boldly. Drawing close to You gives life to my mortal body, because the law of the Spirit of Life has set me free from the law of sin and death!
I can now partake of the Tree of life to enjoy soundness, Salvation, wholeness, health, healing and vitality. All these are my inheritance in Christ, and I will honor You by believing that You want to bless me.
Indeed, You are a God who gives abundantly and Jesus paid dearly for me to receive the blessings of the righteous. I am now on the other side of the flaming sword, and the penalties of sin from which the unbelieving world is not protected cannot harm me now. Your free gift of righteousness is irrevocable, and eternally I am protected. I am so beloved and treasured by You. Thank You, Father.
