Hide And Seek
Hidden in You...at times, You hide from me
You know Oh lord, I will seek after Thee
As a babe searches for it's mother's breast
my nourishment is found, only in Your rest
I thirst for Waters from Your heavenly throne
so pure to my lips, for more I do groan
You draw me close, though Your Presence recedes
Addicted to Your love...it sets me free!
With outstretched wings, I await Your Wind
Like a toddlers first steps, help me walk my Friend
Then shall I run through the valley of shadows
Your hand in mine...no fear will I know!
I always find You Lord in the nick of time
My whole heart seeks after...for You are mine
To breathe Your breath is my great desire..
to know Your heart and Heavenly Fire!
Searching for You in the very smallest place
Looking forward to when we meet face to face
In the meantime I'll dilligently seek after Thee
You never hide very well...I think You'll agree!
