If I could go anywhere, or anything do
I’d want it to be with you.
And if my dreams and my plans were all to come true,
Just know that they’d include you too.
Or if I could start over my whole life anew,
And had opportunity some things to redo,
This one thing is for certain, Our Love I’d renew.
Yes there’s been some troubles, OK, quite a few.
Yet God has been Faithful to see us through,
And it’s been during those times that I know Our Love grew.
Oh yes! should God grant, some mistakes to undo
I just might even sometimes see your point of view.
And when this life is over and I bid this world ado,
And I stand on Those Streets in my body brand-new,
One thing will be special, on Heaven’s Avenue,
For all of eternity you’ll be there too.
