When our sin aroused His fury
And clouded the beauty of His face
He revealed the wonder of His mercy
The glory of His grace.
Our voices shall sing praise
To the One who is kind and good
Whose Name is Faithful and True
For the beauty of His grace.
He loved us from the start
Cared for us with all His heart
Cleansed us by His blood
Then prepared for us a home in heaven above.
No mercy was ever shown
No kindness ever bestowed
Like our Father's mercy and grace
Mercy you or I cannot repay.
