I sit hear and write this prayer for The Believer in Christ Jesus.
Lord kill The Ego that lies within, ever to rise at its will. Jesus, you know the potential harm I am in with my emotions so unstable. make me over again Lord. You don't make mistakes Lord, I do. forgive me for if I knew what i was doing I would have not commited the sin. But my flesh was weak though my spirit was willing. Jesus make my words be few but strengthen me now. In The name of Jesus...Let my actions be the red carpet for my words..for YOUR will alone and not my own Amen.

Our emotions can certainly get the better of us... can't they? But there is no name above the Name of Jesus. Even our emotions, when we name them, (ex: "anger", "hurt", "sadness", "fear", etc.) are under subjection to the Name above every Name, the Name of Jesus. Funny that I should read this tonight... of all nights. We were studying this very thing at church tonight. I guess I needed this message reinforced in me. In fact, I'm certain of it.
