Does anybody care?
Is anybody out there
with a little love to share?
So many people running to and fro
never stopping long enough to even say hello.
Seeking after what they want,they just don't realize,
they're looking but not seeing and deafened
to the cries...
cries of the lonely ones so broken and down
some living in boxes on the streets of their town.
Slow down, please! Just a little smile will do.
Open your eyes and heart to the others around you!
Oh! Is anybody out there?
