Ever Want To Go TREASURE-HUNTING?
In early American history the Atlantic coast from Virginia down to the Carribbean islands was the "hot bed" of the dreaded seafaring pirates: Edward BLACKBEARD Teach, Major Stede Bonnet, Captain William Kidd, to mention a few. Nothing was worse for these pirates than to get caught by authorities with their TREASURES of gold, silver, jewels on their pirate ships. So it was customary for the pirates to hide their TREASURES on shore. Countless TREASURE hunts have been conducted and documented.
Many TREASURES were never found. Some still seek them.
However, God's TREASURE is available for the asking:
"He (God) will be the sure foundation
for YOUR times,
a rich STORE of salvation and
wisdom and knowledge;
the fear of the Lord is the
key to this TREASURE."
Isaiah 33:6,7.
Generally, we go into a STORE for three reasons:
(1) To get something we need.
(2) To get something we want.
(3) Just to look around (and maybe dream some).
Well, in God's STORE, you can get
some really neat stuff and it is FREE, Jesus Christ paid for it:
(1) salvation, eternal life through Jesus Christ
(2) wisdom, insightful sound judgment
to help you live your life
(3) knowledge, understanding acquired
by study or experience
That's a STORE I want to go into many times a day...
Hope you do, too...God's STORE, best store around because that's where God's TREASURES are stored.

You must have hit the enter button twice or something. Anyway, this is good. One thing I would have mentioned is in God's store everything is free. It was paid for by Jesus Christ. Thank you for sharing. Thomas
