Have you ever been walking and felt that someone was following you?
So you walk along, and turn around fast, only to find that it's you
Following you...it's your shadow that's lurking behing on the ground
But the feeling doesn't go away and you keep turning around
Then you remember Psalms 23
That says Goodness and Mercy shall follow thee
Isn't that wonderful that those two spirits follow us
All the days of our lives until we turn back to dust
Then there is the Comforter who teaches us all things from above
Jesus sent Him here because of His great love
Yes we are like sheep that once went astray
Who heard the Shepherds voice and repented that day
The next time you feel very sad and alone
Just know that in Heaven our God is on the Throne
