I wake in the morning with a heart full of joy and light, knowing the hours ahead will be bright, shining with promise and new things to discover, spent with you, my love, for there is no other.
The sun can shine brightly, or the clouds may be gray, but nothing can dim the light in my heart today.
Like a candle that's banished all the dark from within, the love-light in my heart will never grow dim.
For such a wonderful gift has been given to me, to have Jesus Himself come and set me free.
And then to add to the joy of my life, He gave me you, so I could be your wife.
Each morning dawns with more blessings to share, everywhere I look, they seem to be lying there.
Love and peace, comfort and joy are just a few of them, and right here and now is the happiest I've ever been.
I thank God for His loving care, for sending me you to always be there,
and I feel such love for you today, that the hours aren't long enough hold the words I'd say.
You bring me joy, you're the love of my life, and I am so thankful to be your wife..
