In the midst of a raging storm
You send your spirit to quiet my soul.
You breathe on me with a sweet breath of peace.
Oh Lord, your ways are mysterious,
So I cling to the hope I have in you.

Quiet my soul, Lord.
Give me a heart that trusts in you.
Quiet my soul, Lord.
When I don�t know what to do,
Quiet my soul.

In these times of confusion
You send your spirit to quiet my soul.
You ease my mind with thoughts of your love.
Oh Lord, your plan is perfect,
I rest on faith to know you�re at work.

Give me a heart that trusts in you.

When I don�t know what to do,
Quiet my soul.
