to
stand at the foot of the cross
and see your son die.

to
kneel in the garden
sweat blood
and know the will of the Father.

challenge your mind and beliefs
and
stick your finger in the wounds
of the Master.

face life anew
and die a second death.
It takes inner strength
to
face life daily
combat evil
overcome temptations
and live
as to make God proud.
