BLESSINGS !
They come like soothing balm
To a wound that needs
Healing.
They may come unexpectedly
Like a hurricane or a storm
Stirring our emotions
In many forms.
Blessings are gifts
And once we unwrap them
We must acknowledge
The Giver.
Yes, whether they come
Like a soothing balm
A hurricane or a storm,
We need to open our heart,
Our mind, our soul.
Acknowledge them
With every breath we take,
And exhale a heartfelt -
THANKS!
This ode is dedicated to all the sons and daughters of our King of kings, my brothers and sisters in Christ who came into my life blessing me with godly wisdom, insights and inspiration . Some of them although I have never met, are like angels guarding my ways, speaking those words of truth, birthing me with their labor of love. May our Almighty God open the windows of Heaven and pour His blessings upon blessings into your life, now and forever more. Amen!
