Alone with my thoughts and with You dear Jesus,
Reflecting upon my day.
Did I touch someone’s life in the way that you taught me
Helping others along the way?
You said “Love one another the way that I love you.”
“Love your neighbor remember the Golden Rule.”
You said “Feed the hungry” and shelter the weary too.
Lord I am Your child. Let Your light shine through!
As I share all my thoughts of the day with You Jesus.
Have I done what You wanted me to do?
Did I reach out my hand to the lost and the lonely?
Did I share the Good News about You?
