What would it take; what would; the world need do?
To open the eyes, of someone like you
Through out the green earth, colors abound
Try to imagine, if, none could be found.
You look at wild flowers, you simply just stare
Instead of blues, greens and yellows, no colors anywhere
Flowers all bland, a pale shade of grey
I know in my heart, Gods plan, wasn't this way
Rain falling down, stopping, as the Sun starts to shine
Suddenly there's a rainbow, but, it's only one line
Missing are the colors, we all know and love
Is this the kind of world, you're thinking of?
How about the car, your sweetheart may drive
Known by its color, you see it, and you feel alive
In a world of no color, all cars look the same
Now, seeing your sweethearts, has become a bad game
What would it take, to show the colors at hand?
Are perfect examples, of the colors of Man!
Hating one another, just for the color of skin
My believing in God, tells me; that is a sin!
