The clouds are Your chariot
You walk upon the wings of the wind and made
the winds Your messengers.
You send forth springs in the valleys and water the mountains from Your upper chambers. The earth is satisfied with the fruit of Your works.
God, you are marvelously so great. My thoughts towards You are of adoration, wonder and awe. Your mountains stand majestic in beauty and at the same time the cliffs provide a refuge for Your creation.
God, you cover the heavens with clouds and provide rain for the earth. It is You that makes the grass to grow on the mountains. You cause Your wind to blow and the waters to flow. Even the valleys are covered with grain, the meadows with flocks and they shout for joy and sing unto You.
Springs of joy are found in You. Strength and beauty are in Your sanctuary and splendor and majesty are before You. The rivers clap their hands, the mountains sing together in joy, the seas roar and all it contains. You, Lord reign and the whole earth rejoices before You.
The heavens are the very work of Your hands. The stars declare Your love for them in worship by their brilliant shine. For they know their Creator calls each one of them by name. It is because of the greatness of Your might and the strength of Your power not one of them is missing. Only God can count the clouds by wisdom or tip the water jar of the heavens.
He made the heavens with skill, spread the earth above the waters and upholds it there by
His power. He makes lightnings for the rain, brings forth the wind from His treasuries.
In wisdom You have made all! The earth is full of Your possessions. May we remember
the wonders which He has done for you and I.
Blessed is the beauty of the Lord forever and ever. He is the One most worthy of praise, worship & honor!!!

Cheri, A beautiful piece of work. I found it interesting how you make the stars seem like physical beings: "The heavens are the very work of Your hands. The stars declare Your love for them in worship by their brilliant shine. For they know their Creator calls each one of them by name."
Reminds of the part in the Bible when it says "The rocks would cry out..."
May God bless!
Sincerely,
