Wisdom says to leave others plate alone
but yours be seasoned with grace
Let them go on and chew the steak of debate
but your bowl is too sweet to waste
Don't need to have beans of malice and hate
nor any jealousy floating in there;
And not one ounce of envy they can find
only love added with much care
A bowl of beans well seasoned to the taste
is like having the best of meals;
No fancy names to make it sound so good
but true love that God seals
Now the enemy will say what can I do
to make them spill their beans;
What will it take to make them break
which way do I use such means
Some say what can I throw in their bowl
so they can pour them on the ground;
Only the devil's plot to empty your soul
because he wants you to go down
He says we're not suppose to enjoy this plight
it is not the best of eats;
Why do they always act that all is well
even while their under the heat
When it's raining they still find a way
to keep smiling on the outside;
When night comes their still the same
so humble and not in pride
Well when you have the grace of God
filling your heart within;
You will appreciate simple things in life
for this where it does begin
Now a bowl of beans is not the best of meals
but can fill you like you ever know;
For when you use the ingridents that God gives
your soul will fill up and grow

This is charming--but I really think you might want to fix the spelling of "bowl." "Bowel" is your lower disgestive tract. "Bowl" is a container for soup.
