The fine spring day has come to an end
Thinking pleasant thoughts, the remembrance of a friend
We never seem to think of the lives we touch
Those all around us; friends, family, and such
Gazing up to the stars in the sky, recalling the beauty of the passing day
Likewise recalling her beauty, the memory of one passed away
A single thought comes to mind for a generation coming of age
Words of advice from one, before turning the page
The page of history, tattered and wearing thin
For it has been repeated time and time again
Though the faces and names may differ, the outcome is forever the same
Many of those about us bear great iniquity and pain
Youth of today stop pushing for tomorrow
Wishing away your life shall eventually bring you sorrow
Always bear in mind that each day is God's will
In order to fully understand, you must sometimes sit still
Remember those around you whose lives may not be right
You must be a positive influence, allowing them never to loose sight
The sight of what life truly can be
If you only take the time to be understanding and see
Life is but a moment in the whole of eternity
The loneliness afterward will last to infinity
So children listen now and make the most of each passing day
For it will not be long until they have all passed away

I liked this poem very much, the message is a good one. The order of the verses contributes to its clarity and tie the thoughts together nicely. I know from experience how much work this takes and still think you have a bit of work to do in this area. Also, the word outcome..I think there is a better word for that thought, try story and see if you like the result. I think this is good writing.
