Before a Word was on My Tongue
Even before a word was on my tongue,
You knew what I'ld say,
You knew what I'ld say.
And when I was in my mother's womb
You knew my name,
You knew my name
Where can I go to hide my face
in such disgrace?
I am so lame,
And so ashamed!
But Lord you died to give me the grace
to walk in this place!
You took the blame,
take away the shame.
Lord, your thoughts are on me all the time,
If I could count them they would out number the sand
And when I awake I find
I'm still with you, safe in your Hands
Where can I go where You are not
I could not plot
Even in space there is no such place!
Even the dark to you is not
It's the light of day.
I'm gonna be okay!
