Without Christ, The World Serves Demon Spirits

St. John 8:12: Then spake Jesus again unto them saying “I am the light of the world: he that followeth after me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life”.
This is a hard saying for the unsaved because they feel that they are serving God especially since they have been to church before. This is also impossible for an unsaved man to believe since he may not actually worship the devil. Now even though he may not worship or serve the devil, his deeds are evil because human nature is basically evil. Before a man can truly serve God, we know that he must first be born again. So without Christ the world serves demon spirits because man`s sinful state has separated him from the Holy God.
When people reject Christ they are automatically servants satan because their spirits are not quickened and so they remain under the curse of Adam and Eve. Indeed it is a hard saying and not meant to offend anyone nevertheless it is the truth. One thing that the devil does not want the world to know is that Jesus Christ is the truth. That is a reason why there are so many religions out there. It is evil for man to refuse the righteousness of God and think that he is okay with God and will go to heaven. It is evil and prideful. We all need Christ. Those who deny Christ and die in their sin will not go to heaven and that`s biblical.
In nations like Haiti there are lots of people who actually serve demon spirits. Witch doctors voodoo priests etc. One reason why the nation has so much poverty is because of a rejection of Jesus Christ although there are christians in the land. The enemy has enslaved the government with false doctrines who has enslaved much of the people.
The bible call satan the “god of this world” A man without Christ is his son and he is their father. Jesus told the Jews in St. John 8:42: “If God were your father ye would love me for I proceeded forth and came from God neither I came forth of myself, but He sent me. Many people say they love God but if you could look at their lives you would see that the love of Christ is absent.
Jesus is the only way and in him there is no darkness at all. This world cannot exist without Christ. St. John 1:3 states: all things were made by him, and without him, was not anything made that was made. God created man for himself and man was created to function with God. Again, when man rejects Christ he automatically chooses the devil unknowingly.
An unsaved man is under the dominion of the adversary, which leads to death. When a man gets saved and lives for Jesus he is under the dominion of God, which leads to life. God is not willing that any should perish but repent and choose everlasting life. The reason we live, is because Jesus lives and he wants to live on the inside of each and every one of us. Amen.
