I am total and complete
No longer in pain and defeat
Got a handle and I am off the potter’s wheel
No longer afraid to be real
I am a cup to be poured out
For others who have had their doubts
About God and His love
Cause I got it from above
I got it in an extraordinary way
This is a brand new day
Coming out of my cocoon
I‘ll fly away real soon
I’ll stretch my tiny wings
My heart has a new song to sing
Of what it really means to be known
To be seen and to let my self go
No longer am I afraid to trust another
Got a friend, like no other
He lives in my heart
And has integrated all the parts
No longer in many fractions
I know love and its actions
Its went deep in my heart like never before
Total and complete in the Lord
