Dear friends, I would like to share a glorious praise report with you:
If you've read 'On the Treetop,' then you are aware of a most tender place in my heart... a bruise that has been a long time in healing. And you're also aware that the cottonwood, the apple tree, and the pecan tree around the place I currently reside are all without leaves. But of course, it is the last day of January. Right?
Also, if you have read much of my writings or know me personally, then you also know I have been unsure of where I will live soon. And you might also know that I have been working toward publishing some books, but wasn't real sure how I'd finance it as what little money I had would be used toward moving expenses.
Well, let me tell you... I woke yesterday to find the apple tree thick, thick with blossoms. It isn't even spring! The neighbor decided she wanted to invest in a comb binding machine for me after having seen only one piece of my work. I also found a home and paid the deposit on it this morning. But the icing on my cake was being informed that my son will be living with me there.
Why the apple tree? I don't have a clue. But I sure do feel like the apple of God's eye right now. I can't seem to stop wiping tears. And I just wanted to take this time to publicly praise Him. I am overwhelmed by the goodness of my King.
I also want to thank every one of you who took even 1/4 of a second to pray for me. I appreciate you so much and have grown to love so, so many of you. May the Lord bless you also, abundantly above all that you could ever hope for.

Treava, I am shouting for joy with you over the overflow of blessings. I knew you were close to a breakthrough. God is never late, always on time.

Treava, it appears that our Lord...THE LORD, has provided a table for you, right in the middle of your wilderness. Hmmm..apple pie? Blessings to you. When we go through a dark time, and keep our eyes, by faith, on Jesus to see us through, our roots go down a little deeper in Him. This is the "establishing" of the Lord!
