If a man listens to or harkens into lies and untruths,
then He cannot discern the real truths, for truth must be
sought out if it is to be found.
The word of God commands us to "guard our hearts with all
dilligence, for from it comes the issues of life"
For us to "guard our hearts" we need to censor that which
goes into our minds! If it is the testimony of men, then
we need to recieve it as such.
For God has said: let every man be a liar, and the word of
God true.
If we would FOLLOW the directions of the holy ghost and DO
THIS, then we would save ourselves much heartache.
Every thing that the LORD, has revealed to us in His word,
is for the very reason, to preserve and protect ourselves
and each other.
Line by line, and precept by precept, we need to take God
at His word.....for His word IS GOOD!
If we put into everything we do, Godly efforts, then we
can always expect Godly results. When we are "cooking"
something to eat, we are careful to watch what we put into
it, because we know "that what goes in, determines the
quality of what comes out".
