Jesus came and gave His life for our sins.
To reconcile us to the Father again.
He left the Comforter, His Holy Ghost to abide within.
So when the storms come with the heavy winds,
we don't break merely bend.
He's planted us like a tree, by the rivers of water, to do the work of the Father.
He's commissioned us to be fisher's of men.
To spread His gospel, that souls He can win.
He's commanded us to go out unto all the world and tell His story.
To worship Him and give Him glory.
We're to tell how He hung and died on the tree.
That we all could claim the victory.
Letting them know that he died for our sins.
That very soon He's coming back again.
We're to stand on His word, and be still.
Holding on and abiding according to His will.
We're to be fisher's of men.
Leading souls to Christ, and out of sin.
Our roots should be strong, and run deep.
For what we sow, is what we'll reap.
God can turn you into pure gold.
And as of this moment you can't
say you haven't been told. Amen.

A lovely poem about Fisher's of Men...and so true; thanks also for comments on my "Empty Mansion" which will not be empty if we continue to walk in His way and spread the gospel. Very well done, my friend...God bless.
