Who has got the authority?
To those who have ears,
may they hear,
what my Spirit
says to the church:
The 'spirit of disrespect'
runs rapid within the nations
of the Earth today.
Naturally and spiritually
it is displayed for all to see.
Infested vessels
scourge the landscape
to pilfer any
unsteady soul.
Total dishonor
is their mantle
and unrighteousness
is upon
their headdress.
Waring a war
of loud battle cries
and flailing naked arms
in boastful gestures
of wanton strength.
Will this be the authority
you will follow?
Will this be the voice
you will heed?
Many would not in the natural,
so why concede in your spirit?
Have you not known my Spirit
with you?
Has not the Father of Lights
shown upon your souls?
Why do you falter between?
Why do you turn your head aside?
I will answer for you, for I see.
You are intrigued
by their show.
You are infatuated
with their displays.
You are intoxicated
with their wine.
Oh my Love,
I will await.
I will await my bride to be, instead.
I will be steady and will not fail.
My heart is only to my bride
and I will quiet my voice in patience. .
Even in my rejection,
I will look and see,
perchance another will look to me.
Even in my scorning,
I will look once again,
perchance another will look to me.
Then I will be swift to gather.
So those who infest
will be scorned
as those who dishonor
will be rejected
as those who disrespect
will be spoiled.
Plenteous in Mercy,
Bountiful in Grace,
My Authority will Abound
in their stead.
