A whisper, a shadow
a brief look into my eyes…
is all I can allow today,
This is all I can be.
“I’m just a lost thought; spewing forgotten words…”
My shadow exhales as my soul inhales,
my heart bleeds as my mouth smiles
This is all I can be… this is it!
The false image of my true wanting…
My true heart-beat.
So listen as the whispers fade,
watch as the shadows sink beneath the sands…
For you might catch my cries… you might hear a heart beat
But when you do… What will you do?
