I was reading about enameling and how the enameled beads are made, and one in particular caught my eye - they were called polka-dot beads, and they reminded me of you and I.
The bead was oval and the purest glowing white, and it had dots of
colors placed here and there a pretty and whimsical sight.
I read further on to see how it was done, and found the colors were really tiny beads; they'd been placed with care to melt into the white, and as it did, a new shape was freed.
It reminded me of the love we share, melted into the white bead of God's
love, the colors still distinct, but completely transformed by the power
of our Father above.
There isnít just one that will express our love, the shape and the color won't stay the same, so we change the hues and re-make the design, to fit into a new day-frame.
It is a wonder how our love grows, it changes and takes on a new glow, for God has given us a myriad of ways to express our love, make it show.
I thank God each day for making this happen, for being the foundation of all we do, and for giving me the colors of our love, the dots of my dream come true.
There is such joy in seeing each day the new colors our love will bring, and watching them grow and change fills my heart with joy, pure happiness gives it wings.
