God will do just as we say,
All you have to do is pray;
Only if grace is in our eyes,
And our talk not full of lies.
He knows you by your name,
And the truth as you proclaim;
Be willing to spread His story,
So He will show you His glory.
He can make all of the light,
Come before you so bright;
Making it clear what He is,
And reveal everything of His.
He shows mercy and is kind,
Giving you a peace of mind;
But no one can see His face,
Still live to see His grace.
For when His glory goes by,
Just look up into the sky;
Only a glimpse of His back,
His face your sight will lack.
