The night had much anticipation,for
The miraculous.
It was Christmas Eve.As christians
we all know that miracles can occur
on that Holy Night.
Hopefully for many souls in the world
that needed food, clothing and shelter maybe
an act of loving kindness had been sent
their way and there were many souls being
touched by the Love of God,in a very
Special way this Christmas Eve.
As Christians we reflect when God came to the earth.
God the Father said that He would send the
Greatest Miracle to the earth.
Selah, ponder this God in the flesh,
in the form of an infant.
He could have come as an Adult like
Adam, yet the second Adam choose to come as a
helpless infant.
Almighty God becoming so fragile
and tender in sinless human flesh.
Oh Yes, God graciously reminded me of that this
Christmas Eve in a profound way.
My Dear husband and I were at candlelight
service on Christmas Eve with very dear friends
of ours and two of their sons.At the closing
of the church service as we were preparing to
sing “Silent Night”
the lights were dimmed and we all picked
up our candles as the Pastor lit the candle
on the altar and said” This candle
represents Jesus Light of the World"!
He then brought his candle to the front of the pew and one
by one the candles were being lit through out the room.
In the midst of the soft glow of the candles and in the
quiet stillness of the sanctuary, there was a tiny cry of an
infant not much older than a couple weeks old.
The cry rang out through out room, and as it did
I could hear Christian’s whisper “Baby Jesus”.
Yes, God Graced the earth when He came into
the world over 2000 Yrs ago;and the Holy Baby’s
Voice still touches the hearts of men, women
and children today.
Oh Thou Precious Son of God,
Thou came to a sinful
world. On that Holy Night
The Voice of a Holy Infant
Cried...
The Word became
Flesh! To redeem
The hearts of men.
1.In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
14. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Beautiful Dee, as always! I love what you wrote here: ("God the Father said that He would send the
Greatest Miracle to the earth") And that He truly did, and that miracle lives on and on in our hearts! Love, Sharon
