The hustle and bustle has started.
As Christmas is drawing near.
People rushing to buy presents
It’s the same thing every year.
The stores are all decorated
There are Santas everywhere.
About the true meaning of Christmas
Few stores seem to care.
The real meaning of Christmas
Is that God sent His only Son.
He came to earth that lowly night
So that later He could die for everyone.
As you are rushing around this season.
Preparing for that big day.
Just remember that Jesus is the reason
And that He is still the only Way.
So don’t forget the true meaning
As the day draws ever near.
Jesus was the very best gift of all.
And that should be abundantly clear.
