A star leading The Way to the Shinning Star
The Morning Star that shines in daylight
Took some three wise men to locate The Light
Though the Spirit led them from afar
The wise men were not empty handed
They came with gifts to honor The Greatest Gift
That came to settle the divine rift
Indeed peace, grace, Life has descended
He is not a tiny little stranger
Straddled in a manger
But He is the promised Messiah
Prophesied, foretold by Isaiah
But for the angel who affirmed
Joseph was a man confused
But Mary was at peace and non-plus
She knew a Child from God is given to us.
Emmanuel! God with us!
It is time to rejoice
For the restorer of the breach
Is within our reach
We can shout Hallelujah with a loud voice.
