Hold me close to you, my Savior
With your holy word, cast all my fear
Keep my faith to you I pray
Stay with me my night and day
For I shall live a new pure life
Without you I can’t survive
Speak to me, I’m listening to you
Tell me what you want me to do
Forgive me for all my sins
With temptation I just can’t win
Strengthen me so I’ll be strong
Follow you and never go wrong
I fail you too many times i know
But you still never let me go
Trying and wishing to be a winner
But what I found was just a failure
Lean not to my own understanding
Trust in you without doubting
