One of the most beautiful gifts God gives to us in life is the gift of His continual presence. He not only promises to be with us, but he is faithful each day to keep those promises. As the years quickly pass, friends and acquaintances come and go, co-workers often change, and even families separate. God, however, is immutable, which simply means that He never changes! God’s love and faithful friendship are just as passionate and true as the day you met him. No matter how many times you have let God down, upset him, or shown disrespect to him, his love remains the same. In the Bible, the apostle Paul writes in the book of Romans, chapter 8, verses 38 and 39, that there is absolutely nothing that can separate us from the love of God. So, whether you are abounding in grace and prosperity, or you are facing times of difficulty and frustration, just know that God loves you and will be by your side. You always have a friend in God; all you have to do is ask!
