What will a man get if,
He opens wide his mouth and laugh,
At his impoverished and suffering neighbor,
And doesn’t outstretch his arm to give a hand,
But still claim he’s a true Christian.
Is there anything one can gain if,
He celebrates for his neighbor’s downfall,
Or grin that someone has backslidden,
But doesn’t give words of wisdom to bring back the lost soul,
And still proclaim he’s a Christian.
Can someone really feel contented in his heart if,
He smiles that he’s a born again and has been saved,
But does not share with others the goodness of God,
And continue to cling to the truth alone,
But still claim he’s a true Christian.
Is there any benefit at all if,
Others scorn at someone who has died in sins,
But while he was alive nobody dared to tell him the salvation way,
And people start to gossip about it at his funeral,
But still claim to be true Christians.
Dear Christians,
The answers are with you.
