God gave me a song to sing, when everything goes wrong. He told me not to dispare for he was on the throne. I'll give thanks and praise for god knows best, I'll serve him all my days.
blessed be my god for he cleaned my heart and now my song can start, for i know i'll be with him in heaven never to depart. He is a friend to me and his face i'll surely see when i reach heaven's gate oh for i can not wait.
