As I began writing this song; I was side-tracked by thoughts which came to me, and I wasn't able to finish it right away.
It came to me that the "speed of Light" was faster than any speed we, here on earth, know of. Even travels faster than the speed of sound. I believe it is so many 100's of thousands miles PER SECOND that light travels, as in regards to a TWINKLING of an eye. It is powerful source!
How long is it that Jesus saves? heals? delivers? and rescues his beloved? How long will it take for Jesus to bundle us in his love, mercy and forgiveness? The prescious gift through him, of life everlasting? According to our faith, and scientific fact? Not even a sec!
Soon afterwards, my son began putting music to this song having picked it up, and the second verse fell into place. Just like that! Thank you Jesus! John 1:9 That was the True Light which lights every man that comes into the world.
