"DO NOT FORSAKE THE GATHERING OF THE BRETHREN!"
Have you ever noticed when watching all those animal programmes on the T.V , how Lions operate when their hungry. Hungry lions tend to always stalk the massive herds of Zebras and Antelopes on the African plains, specifically searching and hunting down the lame or wounded animal who gets left behind by the others. Cut off from the protection of others and cut off from the herd such an animal is particularly easy prey and are very vunerable.
When a believer in Christ has been wounded, rejected and lies lame because of neglecting prayer and seeking God's face in a time of turmoil, then satan (the devil) finds it so easy to pick on those who have become seperated from Christian fellowship.
When all hell's breaking loose in our lives, that's when we most need the support, encouragement and prayers of our brothers and sisters in the Body of Christ, to shield us and protect us from further onslaught of our enemies.
Beloved of God, DO NOT forsake the gathering of the brethren!
For we all need each other everyday, for 'united we shall stand, divided we shall fall!!!'
