The Holy Bible, tells us in the Book of Proverbs chapter 30 verse 28, that the Spider: "taketh hold with her hands and is in kings palaces!!"
The spider (whom the majority of young and old women dislike or are afraid of in one way or another), is a most fascinating creeping, crawling, creature that God beautifully created. The spider, unlike the bumble-bee, gathers no material but yet it spins a intricate mosaic web all by itself. And in a uncanny way we human beings in our life-time will produce a web of ourselves which will be stamped by our production (What we did and what we achieved on earth). It will be just like the spider it will be our own life web.
Just like the spider chooses and clings to its own chosen location, we as Christians must choose our location; either with the saints of God or with the heathen sinners of the devil!!
The crafty spider pins inorder for the sole purpose of catching its prey. My question to you today is: 'Who do you aim to catch?' Souls for God or souls for the devil. Do you ensnare for evil or trap for good, or are you bound for heaven or are you bound for hell?
A spider's web is frail yet is powerful enough to destroy. Its destructive power can often out last its spinner. Your berevity web of life is so short (for we are all apppointed but once to die and then face judgement), but is its duration destructive or constructive?
What sort of spider are you today, of the pit or of the King's palace in paradise??!!
