Matt. 10:32-33; Mark 8:38; Luke 9:26; 12:8-9; Col. 2:15; Heb. 12:4
Itís all too easy to just give up on making any headway in the war against sin, especially the sin of the society in which you live as an outnumbered believer striving against it. All too many of My people have just given up and resigned this globe to the devilís rule and said: ďI donít care anymore. He can just have it. Heís already won. Itís useless to fight him.Ē Then they heave a sigh and retreat to the sanctuary of their church buildings, shut the doors tightly about them and worship me in their little hideaway churches.
Wake up, My people! All around you souls are perishing! I have entrusted to you all the treasures of My Word and the life of My Son. Instead of going forth in a holy boldness, I see you hiding in your little mousehole churches, trembling in fear of what the devil might do next. When you act that way you deny the victory I won over satan on Calvary.
You are called to be soldiers, not ragged refugees fleeing an oppressive regime you can do nothing about. Come out of your timid mouseholes and wage the war against sin, as saints of old did. Denounce the drunkard. Rebuke the adulterer in your midst, then denounce adultery and fornication out in the community. Make it clear to the world that you have no traffic with them and and will not partake not of their evil works, which are soon to be destroyed by fire, even as I slew the men of Sodom and burnt up their city for its iniquity.
Sodom was full of deranged pedophiles and degenerate men and women who had not one iota of decency nor fear of God in them. I see the same today. Like a cureless cancer, sin is spreading and engulfing the whole world. The great majority of the Laodicean reprobates just shrug their shoulders, peel off their clothes and sigh, as they head off to the bar: ďIf you canít beat Ďem, join Ďem.Ē
I did not call you to be nice mice, but men and women full of courage and faith. You are to remain hidden in Christ the Lord, not in some mousehole church afraid to venture outside carrying your Bible to show that you truly are one of Mine.
If you are ashamed of me, I also will be ashamed of you in the Day of Judgment.
