I’ve been through the bondage and then set free. I’ve been through the wilderness where He led me. I’ve walked around the mountain, oh, so many times. I’ve been back through the wilderness, but . . . this time, it wasn’t dry. Your Living Water fills me and the meat of your Word gives nourishment. Even through the pain, I find joy in You. You have been so good to me, Lord. You are there to provide, sustain, encourage and meet me in my point of need at every turn.
This time, I’m not expecting to walk around the mountain. It is time for me to posses Your promises. I’m believing for You to move that mountain, My Father. I offer everything that I have and everything that I am. I trust You like a child, with my whole heart. I’m releasing my hold on those things in my life that I grasp so dear. Into Your presence I bow and draw near.

Whether you are in the wilderness desert, walking around the mountain or walking through it, listen to the Voice of Truth waiting to give you those Words to release you, deliver you, heal you and just pull you through. Reach out and take the Lifeline that He offers you as you still yourself in prayer, meditation and the Word. He has the answers that we long to hear. Will we listen and believe the Voice of Truth?
Lord, I believe in You and I believe You. I believe in the authority and anointing that You have placed in us as sons and daughters of the Most High. Your promises are true and Your character is true. I am stepping out knowing that You will accomplish what You have promised to do. You are Great and Mighty. NOTHING is impossible to those who love God and are called according to His purposes (Luke 1:37). Those You call, You also equip for every good work. We are trusting You, Dear Father for the endurance to make it to Your goal for us. Amen.
Very encouraging. As much reading as I've got to catch up on these days, I'm going to make it simple and just leave you with this: Matthew 17:20. Much love, Treava
Expectant faith, that's what you're talking about. Do we really expect God to move the mountains in our lives? It seems a slow learning curve here. Rather than staring at the mountain (problem) and figuring out the path to get around, the focus needs to be on the person of Jesus. Thanks for this. Easy to say, sometimes hard to do. This came to me at the perfect time....
This is God's message for me today. His timing is perfect. I'm tired of turning around and around before I turn to HIM. In Christ alone and His promises and my obedience can I find the rest in my soul. Thank you Sis Mitzi for sharing what the Holy Spirit whispers in your heart. Blessings-Gloria
Amen Mitzi!! I stand with you and Virginia in this prayer. We have not heard nor seen those things that He has prepared for those who love Him, but He is beginning to reveal them through His Spirit, and we sure don't want to miss out! Love, Sharon
How often do we strive to walk "around" the mountain... the very mountain that He would either move for us were we to ask Him or the mountain He invites us to ascend with Him... leaping with the feet of "harts" and "hinds" onto those high places? (2 Samuel 22:34 & Psalm 18:33)
Mitzi...Thanks for writing these wonderful words of encouragement...As long as you are walking with the Lord, you can walk through obstacles. Good job!
Walkin2e (walking to eternity)
Yes, Mitzi, the promises have always been there for us, but we are the ones who need to reach out and embrace them! It is time to ACT upon them... only when we accept them will they come alive for us! God has the answers - what are we waiting for? Well done! Love, Peggy
