It’s like what a chameleon does,
When catching a fly.
For a jiffy it remains stagnant.
To pacify the unsuspicious fly,
It crawls at a snail's pace towards the fly.
With no any single hiss from its salivating mouth,
It darts out its tongue in a twinkle of an eye,
And the unfortunate fly vanishes.
Same with what the enormous python does,
When catching its prey.
It remains calm for a while,
Changing the colour of its ‘coat’,
To exert a pull on the gullible prey.
It moves unhurriedly forward.
And the poor prey is trapped.
These are the shrewd ways of the Devil.
He’s as cunning as a fox.
He remain calm for a moment before you,
And use enthralling ways to draw attention.
Instantaneously like a famished wandering lion,
He swallows you down into sin.
Be watchful and observe his ways.
Lest you fall his victim.
