Jesus, I deny myself and offer unto you everything that burdens me, my pain and illness too. I surrender all my doubts and fears, every part of me. I leave with you my guilt and shame. I leave them willingly. May this sacrifice be pleasing and give glory to your name. May the praises that I sing to you resound and resonate.
Forgive me for the times when I ignore your call to serve and go about my sinful ways, oblivious to your word. My feeble hands I offer you to do with as you will. They're not that strong but full of power when they're Spirit-filled.
I ask you Lord, to speak through me when I don't know what to say so that I might bless others and lead them to your way. I commit my thoughts and actions and release them to your throne. May I serve no other God but you, and you alone.
May this day and all that follow be pleasing in your sight. Let others know that I have joy because I walk surrounded by your light. Above all, Father this I pray, that when it's time for your return-
I pray you find me worthy, that you're not ashamed to call me yours.
I know I have so far to go before I look like you. But I'm asking, Father help me. There's nothing I won't do. My heart belongs to you and I pray you feel the same. Holy Spirit, enter and please enjoy your stay.
Jesus, I deny myself and offer unto you the testimony of your love. May others see it too.

May this be the prayer of my heart with every breathe I take. Your testimony touches me so. It's not about us. It's all about God. Glory to His name. Amen.
Though they are obviously the words you've brought up out of your own heart, it is as though you have been digging around in the depths of mine, for somehow, my sister and my friend, you have managed to pen my requests to the Lord. May He find your prayer most acceptable and honor it in ways that you could only begin to imagine. Much love.
