I have heard many people myself included say “It may not be a big deal to you but when this happened it was huge to me.” This is what would be considered a little blessing.
However, after much thought in this comment I had to admit that there is no little blessing from our God.
Our God who tends to every detail of our life only accomplishes showing His greatness and how big He really is when giving what some call “little blessings.”
I have discovered how easy it is for us to speak of most any topic yet when it comes to giving continual genuine thanks for that constant presence of God in our lives we tend to take for granted the enormous blessing of His consistency in our lives.
Whether the situation is comfortable or not, the blessing big or small may I exhort you to always bring thanks to our God for only good comes from Him and His name will be glorified.
To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee forever. Psalm 30:12
Lord, let me be unashamed to give You praise for little blessings as well as large; giving thanksgiving always for Your goodness and faithfulness, for truly Lord all blessings and gifts from You are large and each are specially designed to meet the need of each circumstance.
O Lord, teach me to be silent when I should and to speak out thanksgiving always bringing all the glory unto You.
