As I sit, clean hands and a pure heart I wait with anticipation for his arrival. A silence fills the room and I know that He's just entered in. As my eyes meet His-I let go and nothing else matters, all things, as I know it pass away. It's now just my precious Savior and I. I open my heart and he open His and we begin to share, I can't put into words what this moment holds. Unspeakable joy! I take a deep breath and feast from His banquet.
The atmosphere is filled with Love and Acceptance, His presence is so overwhelming, and it overtakes me. It's uncontainable, all I can do is weep and sit in awe of Him. My heart cries "Give me more Lord, Give me more until I am no more". As I wait, His glory saturates the room and I'm taken deeper until I can speak no more, I'm completely and utterly taken away. I'll never be the same again.
